Hi Lisa, I haven't been over here in a while. Happy New Year! We can't bet any kind of twine here. A friend wanted to do afterschool arts & crafts with girls from grade 3 to 5 and has had to improvise on the materials she uses for jewelry and such. Good luck with your 5 year plan. TN is a great place. I'm a southern girl myself, born in Mississippi, raised in Texas and Louisiana. To me California was always "foreign" and now look where I am. Ha! Have a great rest of the week. That house is great. Its look super and I know the backyard is great for the kids.
